After the season opening win over Cincinnati Thursday night at an Arrowhead Stadium filled with roaring Husker fans in red, Nebraska football is now preparing for the actual home opener in Lincoln in a Nebraska Memorial Stadium to be filled with roaring Husker fans in red.
The Huskers take on Akron next Saturday, September 6th.
Kick - off is at 6:30 p.m. in a game to be televised on the Big Ten Network.
