The Nebraska State Patrol Makes A Large Panhandle I-80 Suspected Meth Bust

(Sidney, NE) -- The Nebraska State Patrol says troopers arrested a California man after finding 60 pounds of suspected methamphetamine during a traffic stop in Cheyenne County in the Panhandle.

The Patrol says a trooper made a a traffic stop last week on a Honda CRV for driving on the shoulder of I-80 near Sidney.

During the stop, the trooper became suspicious of criminal activity and, during a search, troopers found dozens of packages of suspected methamphetamine in a suitcase.
