(Omaha, NE) -- A new study ranks Omaha first for having the most DUI charges.
LendingTree says more than four out of every thousand residents have been charged with driving under the influence.
That's almost ten times as many as Chicago, which is at the bottom of the list.
San Jose and Sacramento rank second and third for the highest rate of DUIs. Tulsa and Miami have the lowest rates.
