Study: Omaha, Lincoln Among Best U.S. Cities for Renters

(Omaha) -- A new study ranks Omaha and Lincoln among the best U.S. cities for renters.

Rent Café looked at how many square feet renters can get for $1,500 per month across 200 small U.S. cities. That dollar amount in Omaha stretches up to 1,075 square feet, five times more than what that $1,500 a month gets in Manhattan at 216 square feet. That dollar amount goes even further in Lincoln, where renters can get 1 thousand 84 square feet. The national average for $1,500 a month is 716 square feet.
