(Sarpy County, NE) -- A body has been found near a cornfield in Sarpy County.
According to the Sarpy County Sheriff's Office, a 40-year-old man was reported missing on July 10. On July 19, a volunteer search party found a pair of pants, a wallet, shoes, and sunglasses in a cornfield. Law enforcement later found the body a quarter-mile away from the items, in a heavily wooded creek that runs through the field.
The body has yet to be identified, and police are still investigating.
