Mayor John Ewing Junior and Chief Todd Schmaderer have welcomed the newest Omaha Police recruit class.
Over the next 22 weeks, the recruits will undergo intense training at the training academy.
This class also includes a firefighter from the Omaha Fire Department who’s preparing to become an arson investigator.
