One of two Omaha restaurant chain locations closed over immigration concerns has reopened.
The "Fernando's Mexican Restaurant" location at 114th and West Dodge is open for dine-in only.
The 75th and Pacific location remains closed for now.
The restaurants temporarily closed over the weekend after receiving a subpoena from Homeland Security requesting employees' documentation.
The restaurant says the compliance review led to the departure of some employees, affecting restaurant operations.
The restaurant company says it has cooperated with Homeland Security in the matter.
