Nebraska Governor Jim Pillen announces the resignation of K.C. Belitz, the Director of the State Department of Economic Development. His final day with the state is July 18th.
Belitz was appointed to oversee the agency about two years ago.
An announcement about an interim leader for DED, as well as the search for a permanent director, will be made at a later date.
