NE Attorney General Targets Lincoln Stores Selling Illegal THC Products

(LINCOLN, NE) -- Nebraska Attorney General Mike Hilgers says his office has sent cease and desist letters to 82 Lincoln stores accused of selling illegal THC-containing products.

Hilgers alleges that investigators found Delta-9 THC concentrations above the legal limit in products marketed as hemp. He says more than 200 letters have been sent statewide as part of a crackdown on mislabeled and unlawful products.

Hilgers cited concerns about health and consumer safety from what he called "poisonous and mislabeled products."
