The Nebraska Supreme Court rules on a case involving a juvenile male accused of a sexual assault.
The high court overrules a state appellate court ruling that the case should be in juvenile court.
The ruling moves the case back to Douglas County District Court at the adult court level.
The plaintiff was 15 when he was accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old female during school hours at Omaha Westside High School.
He faces a charge of first-degree sexual assault.
