(Omaha, NE) --Douglas County Attorney Don Kleine is ruling a deputy's use of deadly force in the shooting of 19-year-old Janidi Ibrahim was justified.

Sgt. Jessie Ronk shot and killed Ibrahim on May 22 during a firearms investigation. Authorities say Ibrahim pointed a loaded handgun at Ronk at least once.

The Douglas County Sheriff's Office will hold a press conference with more details on the shooting this afternoon.
