More Than 20 Pounds Of Fentanyl, Meth Found In Traffic Stop Near York

(York, NE) -- Over 20 pounds of suspected fentanyl pills and methamphetamine were found after a traffic stop on I-80.

On Friday afternoon, a trooper with the Nebraska State Patrol stopped a Nissan Altima for speeding near York. An NSP K9 detected a controlled substance in the vehicle. Troopers found 19 pounds of suspected fentanyl pills along with five pounds of suspected methamphetamine.

Thirty-six-year-old Thomas Henry of Arizona was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver.
