Otoe County says its 911 services are currently unavailable due to a damaged fiber line also affecting a non-emergency number, 402-873-9560.
911 calls in Otoe County are being rerouted to surrounding communications centers. The county says your call will be answered.
The surrounding agencies will forward your information to the Otoe County Communications Center where the appropriate law enforcement or fire/rescue agency will respond.

Johnson County says 911 lines supplied by LUMEN are currently down and calls are being rerouted to other 911 centers, who will forward the information via radio and administrative lines.
In Johnson County, call 402-335-3307 for any and all calls.
Problems are also reported in Jefferson County.
