Omaha Hosts First-Ever Circuit Bike Race at Aksarben Village

Omaha, NE – The first-ever Aksarben TIRC Circuit Bike Race took place over the weekend at Aksarben Village.

The event, hosted by the Omaha Sports Commission, welcomed around 500 athletes competing in short-lap criterium races on a closed road circuit approximately one mile or less in length. Racers reached speeds between 25 and 35 miles per hour. The event drew a crowd of over 3,000 spectators and featured family-friendly activities throughout the day.
