Council Bluffs Police say new information shows the operator of a motorcycle that crashed into a roadway sign was earlier involved in a road rage incident.
Investigators say the road rage happened Wednesday night as the motorcycle and a vehicle were going west on Broadway from 16th Street to where the accident occurred in the 2500 Block of West Broadway.
The operator of the motorcycle is in critical condition.
