The Douglas County Sheriff's Office releases the name of the person who died in a car -motorcycle crash in the southwest part of the Metro.
Investigators say the motorcycle rider, 37-year- old Francisco Ramirez, was pronounced deceased at the scene at 204th and "F" Streets Sunday afternoon.
The driver of the car was not seriously hurt.
Deputies say the motorcycle was southbound on 204th Street and the sedan was northbound, attempting to turn west onto F Street in front of the motorcycle.
The investigation is still ongoing to determine fault and if any traffic signal violations may have occurred.
