(MILFORD, NE) -- A child was injured Tuesday night when a handgun was discharged inside a home, according to Milford Public Schools.
The incident involved three elementary school students, one of whom was hurt. School officials say the injured child is in stable condition and expected to fully recover. The Milford Police Department is investigating. The students involved will remain out of school while the matter is under review. No arrests or charges have been announced.
