(Omaha, NE) -- (Omaha, NE) - A three-year-old girl was shot and killed, and a man's been arrested for child abuse by neglect resulting in death. Omaha police were called to a residence on south 145th Avenue just before two Saturday afternoon and found the child already dead. Officers say 44 year-old Phuc Lee is also facing a narcotics charge for possession of cocaine.
