Omaha Fire Investigators are now looking for the cause of an early Tuesday morning fire.
There were no injuries in the fire at a duplex near 30th and Read Streets.
OFD says residents safely evacuated, as firefighters found a fire in the basement that was brought under control in about 20 minutes.
Investigators say the residence is uninhabitable, with damage estimated by the fire department at 42-thousand dollars.
