Douglas County Sheriff Arrests Seven People In Gun Theft Case

(Douglas County, NE) -- Seven men and women are facing charges in a recent gun theft case. Douglas County deputies arrested them after a search warrant was served at a Motel 6 at 83rd and Papillion Parkway, Thursday December 19th. The DCSO Special Operations Group, along with Omaha Police and the Sarpy County Sheriff's Office, found several recently stolen firearms, (three firearms and one pellet gun) along with other suspected stolen items, and controlled substances.

The following individuals were arrested without incident on the following charges:

Ronald D. Davis Jr. (5/10/90), Possession of Stolen Firearms

Bret M. Thomas Jr., 10/28/80, Two Felony Arrest Warrants, One Misdemeanor Arrest Warrant

Jacqueline M. Clary, 12/30/88, Five Misdemeanor Arrest Warrant, Criminal Impersonation

Madison S. Hicks, 4/22/04, Possession of Stolen Firearms, Felon In Possession of Firearms, One Felony Arrest Warrant, Two Misdemeanor Arrest Warrants

Kayla M. Tatum, 12/19/94, Possession of Stolen Firearms

Megan R. Sunderman, 8/11/85, One Felony Arrest Warrant, One Misdemeanor Arrest Warrant, Fugitive From Justice (out of state)
