Nebraska Gas Prices Up As 'Fourth' Holiday Approaches

Gas prices are going up as we move into the weekend that will lead up to the Independence Day Holiday, a peak of the American summer travel season.

Triple A says a gallon of regular Friday in Nebraska averages 3.29, up 12 cents from a week ago.

In Iowa, a gallon of regular Friday averages 3.33 per gallon, which is also up 12 cents from last week.

Triple A says the Friday National Average is 3.50 per gallon.
