Hundreds of Creighton University students this weekend will move into Graves Hall, the first residence hall on the Hilltop campus specifically designed for first year students since the 1960s and the first of any kind built since 2006.
Ground was broken on the $37 million building in the Fall of 2021.
The Jesuit-affiliated university says the 400-student dorm is made up mostly of four-person suites, each with two living spaces, two bedrooms, and a shared bathroom.
There are kitchenettes and spaces for study, socialization, and recreation on each level.
The hall’s lower level has spaces for interfaith programming, student development, wellness, and academics.
Those areas will be made available to students from across campus.
