39 Dogs Rescued From Horrendous Conditions

(Tipton, IA) -- The Animal Rescue League of Iowa is helping 39 dogs recover after being rescued from dangerous conditions.

With the Cedar County Sheriff's Office on July 26, the ARL found the dogs were found living in their own filth in cages indoors, with no fresh air or air conditioning.

Some of the dogs were injured and others had died.

Due to several large groups of animals found this year, the ARL is reaching capacity and asks Iowans to consider making a donation or adopting an animal.
