(Avoca, IA) -- A western Iowa woman missing since Tuesday is found dead.
On Thursday, the Shelby County Sheriff's Office announced that the body of Eden Shaeffer was found in a rural area near Avoca, Iowa. Investigators say foul play is not suspected at this time, but that her body has been taken to the state lab for an autopsy. Shaeffer was last seen Tuesday night when she left here job at Dairy Queen in Harlan.
Shaeffer's car was found on 200th Street in Shelby County, just north of Avoca.
