Man accused in crash that killed two women, unborn baby pleads 'No Contest'

(Omaha, NE) -- An Omaha man who is accused in a fatal crash in March that killed two Gretna women and an unborn baby pleads 'no contest.'

Prosecutors say 22 year old Zachary Paulison was drunk and speeding when he ran a red light and hit an SUV near 192nd and F the night of March 31st. The driver of the SUV, 37 year old Sara Zimmerman, who was eight months pregnant, and her passenger, 38 year old Amanda Schook, were killed in the crash.

Paulison entered his plea on Wednesday. He is charged with two counts of motor-vehicle homicide, DUI, and one count of death of an unborn child. He faces 43 years in prison when he's sentenced in January.
