(Omaha, NE) -- The Omaha man accused of murdering his grandmother and great-grandmother is ordered to be held with no bond.

27 year old Gage Walter appeared in court Friday morning, after refusing to leave his cell for his court appearance Thursday morning. Walter is charged with two counts of first degree murder in the August deaths of 70-year-old Linda Walter and 93-year-old Marceline Teeters. He's also facing an attempted murder charge from a separate incident, as well as weapons charges.

Walter was arrested near Des Moines the day after the murders after leading law enforcement on a chase and barricading himself in a church. He was extradited back to Omaha from Polk County, Iowa earlier this week.
