(Omaha, NE) -- An Omaha man is arrested in connection to a crash that claimed the lives of two women.

Omaha Police say on Wednesday, 22 year old Zachary Paulison was booked on two counts of Motor Vehicle Homicide - DUI and one count of Motor Vehicle Homicide - Death of Unborn Child.

Police say last Thursday night, OPD officers and Douglas County Sheriff's deputies were called to the intersection of 192nd and F for a crash. Investigators say that an eastbound Ford F-250 pickup, driven by Paulison, entered the intersection and hit a southbound Nissan Armada SUV. Police say both vehicles came to rest on the southeast corner of the intersection, where the Nissan caught fire.

The driver of the Nissan, 37 year old Sara Zimmerman, and the passenger, 38 year old Amanda Schook, were pronounced dead at the scene. Zimmerman was eight months pregnant. Paulison suffered back and chest fractures in the crash. Both alcohol and speed are considered factors in the crash.
