(Omaha, NE) -- A man is critically injured in an early morning shooting in North Omaha.
Omaha Police say officers were called to the area of 44th and Pinkney just before 6:00 Tuesday morning for a shooting. Investigators say once on the scene, officers found 50 year old Dwandel Richardson suffering from a critical injury. Police say Richardson had little information about how he was shot and that investigators believe the shooting occurred at a different location than where it was reported.
The shooting remains under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime stoppers or Omaha Police.
