(Omaha, NE) -- Polling Place Information cards for the 2022 Gubernatorial Primary Election are mailed out to voters on Monday.

The Douglas County Election Commission says recipients are Douglas County residents who are registered to vote at their current address. The postcard-size mail pieces are printed on yellow cardstock and provide a voter’s polling place and political districts. Voters are encouraged to thoroughly review their Polling Place Information card to be aware of information that may have changed as a result of the 2021 redistricting process.

“Voters should expect to receive their cards within 7 to 10 days,” explained Brian Kruse, Douglas County Election Commissioner. “It’s important voters are aware of the information the card contains, including those who prefer to vote early rather than vote at their polling place.”

Voters may also verify their polling place and political districts by visiting the Douglas County Election Commission website and entering their address information in the gray “Find Your Voting Information” box on the left side of the home page. Voters with questions about their Polling Place Information card may contact the Douglas County Election Commission at voting.questions@douglascounty-ne.gov or (402) 444-VOTE (8683).
