I have had a job since I was 15 years old. Grew up poor and had to work for the things I wanted. Stealing is disgusting. I've been the victim.

These people are truly the worst. A guy tries to make people happy. Just trying to put some excitement in the life of a child. What if these 2 thieves have children that enjoyed watching the display. Poor kids. For more than 1 reason. Recognize them? Call police.
