Omaha Police investigate an officer-involved shooting that happened around four a.m. Friday near 126th and Ames Plaza, north of West Maple Road.
There are reports police and a theft suspect exchanged gunfire in an apartment complex parking lot.
There are no reports of injuries.
The standard investigation for when a police officer is involved in a shooting is underway.
