(Omaha, NE) -- Union Pacific Railroad is the most recent company to announce that all employees will be required to get a COVID-19 vaccine.
Employees will have to get the vaccine within the next two months, or face consequences, although U-P hasn't said what those consequences would entail. The Omaha-based railroad employs 31,000 people across twenty-three states.
As an incentive, UP said management employees will receive a vacation incentive and unionized employees will be offered incentive pay.
