Husker offensive lineman Teddy Prochazka suffers season-ending knee injury

(Lincoln, NE) -- A young Husker football play maker is out for the rest of the season.

On Monday, head coach Scott Frost announced that standout, freshman offensive lineman Teddy Prochazka suffered a season-ending knee injury in Saturday's 32-29 loss against Michigan. Prochazka started the last two games for N-U at left tackle. “I feel bad for him,” Frost said, “these kids put forth so much time and effort and Teddy has improved leaps and bounds since he got here.”

Frost says the Elkhorn South graduate will undergo surgery next week. "We won’t have him back until spring ball.”
