(Omaha, NE) -- An employee at the Omaha Correctional Center is arrested by the Nebraska State Patrol
The Nebraska Department of Correctional Services says 26 year old Chianda Young, a canteen operator at OCC, was arrested by the NSP on Wednesday for unauthorized communication with a prisoner, a Class IV felony. Arrests records also show Young is facing a marijuana related charge.
NDCS says Young has been employed with them since September 2019. She has resigned her position with the agency.
