The two vehicle collision was around four a.m. Friday at 204th and "Q" Streets.
Douglas County Sheriff accident investigators say a vehicle with five juveniles was westbound on "Q" approaching 204th and collided with a southbound vehicle in the intersection.
They say one juvenile died at the scene.
Four others were hospitalized, with at least one in very critical condition.
The driver of the other vehicle was taken to a hospital as a precaution.
No names are being released as relatives are being notified.
