I understand that business is business and you can't STAY in business without making a profit, but we already PAY. You are delayed, you wait. Staff doesn't show up, you wait. Too many people booked on your flight, you wait, or pay. Too many flights scheduled, you wait in line or at the gate for your turn to take off and you .... wait.
