(Sarpy County, NE) -- There is still no update on the cause of death of two siblings found dead in their father's Bellevue home last month.

On Tuesday, the Sarpy County Attorney’s Office said they still did not have a cause of death report for 5 year old Emily and 3 year old Theodore Price. The children were found dead in their father Adam's home during a welfare check on Sunday, May 16th. Adam Price was arrested in Northern California hours after his children's bodies were found.

Price is facing charges of felony child abuse or neglect resulting in death. Investigators are calling Emily and Theodore's deaths a homicide. Price is being held in the Sarpy County Jail o $2.5 million bond. Court documents show he has an arraignment date set in district court for June 29, but WOWT 6 News reports that Price's lawyer will likely file a waiver.
