The names of a Fremont family of four killed Thursday when their vehicle collided with a semi-truck in Dodge County have been released.
The State Patrol says the driver, Heidi Lykens-Huisman, 37, and passengers, Joshua Huisman, 29, and Jaymasin Lykens,10, were all pronounced dead at the scene.
The fourth occupant of a Pontiac, Nova Huisman, 9 months old, was taken by Scribner Rescue to the hospital in Fremont and later passed away.
The semi driver, 37-year old Heath Harrison of Beemer, was not injured.
The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office and Scribner Police Department assisted State Troopers at the scene.
The investigation remains ongoing. U.S. Highway 275 was closed for several hours, but it has since reopened.
