The lone finalist to replace the retiring Dr. Adi Pour as Douglas County Health Director is in Omaha this week for a final round of interviews.
Wednesday morning, Dr. Lindsay Huse took questions during a special meeting of the Douglas County Board of Health, which along with the County Board will vote on her hiring later this month.
Wednesday at 5:30 p.m., there will be a community meeting open to the public.
Anyone wishing to ask questions of Dr. Huse during the public meeting must submit them in advance to Chris Rodgers, County Board of Health President, at chris.rodgers@douglascounty-ne.gov
Huse, a Nebraska native, has been the state supervisor of Public Health Nursing for the State of Wyoming.
