Officers went to an Omaha hospital to take a report from someone who had walked in with cutting wounds Sunday night.
Police say 27 year old Eric Carr told them he was assaulted by unknown people in an unknown location in Omaha after getting a ride from an acquaintance.
The investigation continues.
