(Lincoln, NE) -- An 18 year old girl who had been reported missing is sexually assaulted by three men.
Lincoln Police say around 2:00 Friday afternoon, officers were called to a local hospital to speak with a person who said she had been sexually assaulted. Investigators say that the 18 year old reported that she had been sexually assaulted after being reported as missing on May 13th.
LPD says after meeting a 22 year old Talon Dennis over social media, the victim agreed to meet the man at his apartment in the 400 block of Fletcher on May 14th. The victim told officers that when she arrived, she met his roommate, 24 year old Ricky Ossler, as well. Police say that she reported being possibly drugged and feeling threatened while she was at their residence.
Investigators say the victim was also told that the men would take care of her if she watched after their children and did housework for them. Police say on May 16th, the men took her to another apartment in the 1600 block of Prospect where she says she was physically assaulted and knocked unconscious. The victim reported that when she woke up, she was being sexually assaulted by Dennis, Ossler, and another man, 23 year old Gianni Phillips.
LPD says the men brought the victim back to their apartment in the 400 block of Fletcher the following morning, where she she reported being sexually assaulted by Ossler and Dennis several more times. Police say at one point, both men left the apartment and that the victim fled and contacted police. Investigators say the victim was examined at a local area hospital by a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner and was observed to have several bruises, lacerations, and abrasions consistent with the victim’s statement.
A search warrant was served on the apartment in the 400 block of Fletcher on around 5:00 Saturday morning. Dennis and Ossler were taken into custody. Another search warrant was served on the apartment in the 1600 block of Prospect on May 23rd at midnight and Phillips was taken into custody. Investigators processed both locations for physical and digital evidence.
Dennis, Ossler, and Phillips were all arrested for 1st Degree Sexual Assault and 1st Degree False Imprisonment.
