Officers went to a hospital emergency room early Friday to check on a person who had walked in after being shot.
Police say 21-year-old Manuel Soto did suffer a non-life threatening gunshot injury.
Soto told officers he was shot by an unknown person while backing his vehicle into his driveway on 31st Street near Poppleton Ave.
The investigation continues.
