Omaha Police say a man hospitalized after being found near Park Avenue and Mason Street around 12:30 Wednesday morning suffered non-life threatening injuries.
Investigators say officers were originally dispatched to that location on a disturbance call.
As officers arrived, they heard several gunshots to the west.
They found the victim, 27-year-old Adonis Hill, on the ground with numerous injuries.
Police say Hill did not have a description of the suspects, but told officers they fled westbound after the shooting.
