Former Dodge County Attorney Admits Probational Violation

Former Dodge County Attorney Oliver Glass pled no contest at his probation hearing yesterday, admitting he had violated the terms of his probation.

Glass was released on bond after his probation was revoked, although the judge noted bond could also be revoked if he didn't comply with follow-up monitoring.

Glass resigned his position in February after being arrested for violating a different probation on a DUI charge.

He is scheduled to be sentenced on May 3 at 10am.
