In a high profile news conference Friday morning, Hunter Sallis, of Class A State Champion Millard North, announced he will attend Gonzaga University.
Most observers believe he is the most highly sought - after Nebraska high school basketball player in over four decades.
During an intense, high profile recruitment, Sallis considered offers from college basketball heavyweights: Kansas, Kentucky, North Carolina, Oregon, Iowa State, UCLA, and his hometown Creighton Bluejays.
And Creighton just happens to take on top seed Gonzaga this weekend in the "Sweet 16" of the NCAA Mens' Basketball Tournament;
