(Omaha, NE) -- The City of Omaha has still not begun handing out the 22-million dollars in rental assistance they announced back in January, leaving both landlords and renters frustrated.
The office of the mayor says they have been trying to ensure compliance with federal guidelines, and that more details will be announced on Monday.
