(Brady, NE) -- A fifteen year old girl reported missing from Maine is found in Nebraska with California man.
The Nebraska State Patrol says on Tuesday, they received information from the Lewiston Police Department in Maine that a missing juvenile may be traveling with another person through Nebraska. Investigators say troopers were able to locate the suspect vehicle, a Ford Mustang, at the Brady rest area on Interstate 80.
The missing teen was found at the rest area with 23 year old Taylor Hauke, of Vacaville, California. Hauke was arrested for child abuse and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
The teen is in the process of being returned to Maine. The investigation remains ongoing.
