(Papillion, NE) -- The Sarpy/Cass Health Department says they plan on lowering the eligibility age for a COVID-19 vaccine beginning March 22.
A release from the department says they will open up appointments to anyone born before 1961. They expect to receive just over 5-thousand new doses during that week.
Nearly 57-thousand vaccines have already been administered in the region.
