The OPPD President and Chief Executive Officer will retire July 2nd.
Tim Burke has been with the Omaha Public Power District since 1997 and has served as CEO since 2015.
The publicly-owned utility says the new President will come from within the company.
The OPPD board expects to name Burke's replacement by May.
