COVID-19 vaccine clinic to be held in South Omaha later this week

(Omaha, NE) -- The Douglas County Health Department will hold a COVID vaccine clinic later this week in South Omaha.

DCHD says clinic will be held at the Salvation Army Omaha Kroc Center. County residents 75 years and older are a priority for the clinic.

People can go through a questionnaire to see if they’re eligible for signing up for an appointment. You can access the questionnaire here. The clinic will be open on Thursday, Feb. 11 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The health department asks people not to camp out at the clinic in hopes of a leftover shot. The department says unused vaccines are being given to vital infrastructure workers and a list has been made for contacting them.
